BIOGRAPHY: Jamie Jones
Jamie Jones began his musical pursuit singing in church at the age of three. He was discovered and signed to a record deal as Founder and Co-lead singer of the quartet now internationally known as All-4-one. Jamie’s vocals and songwriting helped propel All-4-One to multi-platinum status with sales of over 20 million units, a bevy of awards including a Grammy, an American Music Award, a Blockbuster Award and countless international awards. Mega hits such as, “So Much In Love”, “I Swear”, “I Can Love You Like That” and other chart topping songs established All-4-One’s fan base worldwide. In 1994 All-4-One’s Hit Song “I Swear” was #1 on Billboard Magazines HOT 100 Chart for 11 weeks, setting a record in 1994 Genius Book Of World Records for selling more Singles than any other artist in the world. All-4-One have has had #1 songs in over 25 countries.
Jamie honed in on his songwriting/production skills early in his career by working with mega songwriters/producers David Foster, Walter Affnasief and Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis to name a few. He has since continued to have success as a songwriter/producer in addition to celebrating a 25 year Anniversary milestone with his group All-4-One and still touring the world.
BIOGRAPHY: Jack Kugell
Jack was first signed to EMI Music Publishing (which later became Sony/ATV) in 1993, a successful relationship lasting 23 years. As the son of producer Marty Kugell ("In The Still of The Night"), his first musical experiences took place as he watched his dad write and record in the classic studios of New York and Los Angeles. By the age of 11, he knew that he wanted to be a songwriter. What started as a hobby soon became a full-time career and lifelong passion.
His first success as a songwriter came after he penned the perennial Christmas song "Hey Santa!" for The Wilsons and the theme song for "The Carnie Wilson Show.” Jack is perhaps most recognized for his #1 chart-topper "Valentine" recorded by Martina McBride, co-written with Jim Brickman. "Valentine" became a #1 AC hit as well as reaching Top 5 on the Billboard Country Singles chart and earned multi-platinum status for both Martina McBride and Jim Brickman's albums. He has worked with artists from all over the world, reaching #1 more than a dozen times in many different countries.
Jack, also serves as a board member of Songwriters of North America (SONA), and is committed to fighting for creators’ rights.
BIOGRAPHY: Matt Wong
Matt is an accomplished singer, vocal producer, songwriter and producer who has been in the business for the last 10 years. He was signed as a songwriter to Warner Chappell Hong Kong early in his career. He has helped developed numerous young artists who have now become successful music and TV personalities. Some of the artist’s Matt has worked with include Becky G, MAX, Jacob Satorious, Tamin, DJ Le Youth, Jordyn Taylor, and Jordan Fisher. He has also collaborated with other producers such as Ian Kirkpatrick, Cook Classics and Full Force.

Jack Kugell, Jamie Jones and Matt Wong, are songwriters/producers collectively known as TheHeavyweights. The GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum production team has delivered hit songs to amass collective sales of over 35 million units. Their work has most-recently been featured in the Disney Channel Original Musical Movies Descendants 2, Zombies, the upcoming Descendants 3 as well as Disney’s feature film Kim Possible and the critically acclaimed Raven’s Home Remix - The Musical. They also recently composed and produced all the music for BET Television’s Game show Black Card Revoked and the upcoming BYU Network’s Game show Battle Of The Ages.
The Heavyweights have written and produced songs for some of Korea’s biggest K-Pop stars such as, SHINee, Girls Generation-TTS, TVXQ, Super Junior, BoA and many more.
The Heavyweights also wrote and produced Wayne Brady’s critically acclaimed debut album “A Long Time Coming,” which resulted in a 2009 GRAMMY- nomination for Brady’s vocal performance on the Sam Cooke classic, “A Change Is Gonna Come.”
In 2015 the Heavyweights work resulted in their second GRAMMY-nominated vocal for Hidden Beach Recordings Artist, Angie Fisher, for the song "I.R.S."
The Heavyweights other endeavors include writing and producing Shontelle’s "Battle Cry," which received the historic honor of being an official theme song for the Obama campaign, as well as being included on the official Obama Campaign CD.
